Discover Castlegregory and the Dingle Peninsula

Castlegregory village is only a 5min drive. Located on the north side of the Dingle Peninsula, the delightful, coastal village of Castlegregory offers a good range of shops, pharmacy, supermarket, medical centre, pubs, cafes and restaurants, with local seafood a speciality. Local taxi's available in the area.

Castlegregory village provides access to the longest beach in Ireland, which sweeps from the nearby Maharees Peninsula westwards through Castlegregory to Cloghane village, making an incredible stretch of 12 miles in total. The surfing World Windsurfing Championships have been held here. The famous Brandon Bay Run is held annually. For golfing enthusiasts, Castlegregory Golf and Fishing Club is located just a few miles from the village centre, whilst pony trekking, scuba diving, surfing, windsurfing, aqua parks, canoeing and water skiing to name a few are all available on the Maharees and in the surrounding areas.

The house is located on the Wild Atlantic way. It is surrounded by stunning scenery and many walks and hikes, some of the most amazing in Western Europe. Enjoy the tranquillity of the village

The Star Wars film " The Last Jedi' was filmed on the peninsula near Ballyferriter and further along the road the magnificent Blasket islands and visitor centre.
